How to reach Amabilia:
We advise our guests to land at Marco Polo di Venezia Airport or to arrive at the Venezia Santa Lucia railway station. Marco Polo Airport is only 9 km from the apartment, while the Venezia Santa Lucia railway station is 2 km away. From these arrival points the easiest way to reach the apartment is by private transport, which may be organised upon request.
The travel time is around 50 minutes from Marco Polo Airport and 25 minutes from Santa Lucia station.
By car
If you are travelling by car, check the route direction indications to reach the apartment from the airport or from any other location.
Car parking
The Garage Comunale is the largest among those situated in Piazzale Roma, the Venice bus station terminal. A short distance from the Garage Comunale, easily reached on foot, are the landing stages for all the public river buses (ACTV) which enable residents and visitors to move to any point in the city or on the laguna islands.
Public water transport
The main points of interest in Venice can also be reached by public transport by sea.
From Marco Polo Airport
The Alilaguna line river buses (Blue Line) leave from the airport wharf and arrive up to Piazza San Marco (the San Zaccaria stop). Tickets may be bought, only in cash, at the Alilaguna desk located in the airport arrivals hall or on board. The crossing time is around one hour and 20 minutes.
From S. Lucia station
The ACTV river bus numbers 1, 2, 41 and 51 run regularly from the platform outside Venezia Santa Lucia station to the Lido at the San Zaccaria river bus stop (Piazza San Marco). The travel time to San Zaccaria is around 45 minutes, depending on the river bus line chosen. From San Zaccaria the apartment is about 5 minutes walk.
From Piazzale Roma
The ACTV river bus numbers 1, 2, 41 and 51 leave regularly from the Piazzale Roma wharf to arrive at the Lido at the San Zaccaria river bus stop (Piazza San Marco). Tickets may be bought from the ACTV ticket office on the wharf, with payment being made only in cash.The travel time is around 45 minutes, depending on the river bus line chosen.
